1. General Policy on Donations

Donations to Project Rising Tide, Inc. are generally non-refundable. These contributions are vital for sustaining our programs and resources for at-risk youth. We carefully allocate these funds to maximize our impact.

2. Limited Refund Considerations

In rare and exceptional circumstances, such as a clear clerical error or an unauthorized donation, we may consider a refund request. Such requests must be submitted in writing within seven [7] business days of the donation and include detailed information and supporting documentation.
